2. Free requests
Submitting a trip request does not create a booking, reserve a fare or authorize payment. TravelQuest may decline a request it cannot service.
3. Written proposals
A proposal may contain itinerary options, current airfare, fare conditions, a TravelQuest advisory fee and the expected ticketing provider. Airfare and availability can change until the airline ticket is issued.
4. Authorization
TravelQuest proceeds only after receiving the authorization required for the stated itinerary and charges. A material change to the itinerary, fare or fee requires updated information and renewed authorization.
5. Ticketing
TravelQuest does not issue airline tickets under its own authority under the operating model described on this website. The ticketing provider identified before purchase is responsible for issuance. A booking is not complete until a ticket number is issued.
6. Advisory fees
The amount, scope and refundability of a TravelQuest fee must be stated before authorization. Additional work outside the approved scope requires a new agreement.
7. Airline and supplier terms
Airline fares, schedules, baggage, seats, entry rules and other supplier services are governed by the applicable supplier terms. TravelQuest cannot guarantee that a supplier will not change its service.
8. Customer responsibilities
The customer must review names, dates, airports, itinerary, passport requirements and other details before authorization. The customer is responsible for valid travel documents and for providing accurate passenger information.
9. Changes and refunds
The Changes and Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. Airline refunds and TravelQuest fee refunds are separate questions.
10. Third-party information
Schedules, fares and entry information may be supplied by airlines, governments or other providers. TravelQuest aims to present the information accurately but the originating provider controls it.
11. Liability
Any limitations of liability, dispute process or mandatory arbitration provision must be reviewed by legal counsel and accepted in a legally effective manner. No unreviewed arbitration clause has been inserted into these draft terms.
12. Governing law
Unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey. The final venue and dispute language must be confirmed by counsel.
13. Changes to these terms
The date at the top of this page will change when these terms are updated. Terms applicable to an authorized service should be retained with the customer record.
