Who this policy applies to. This policy describes how TravelQuest Inc. ("TravelQuest," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our website at travelquestco.com or contact us about our travel services.

What we collect. We collect information you provide directly to us, including: contact details (name, email address, phone number); trip details you submit through our quote request form (routes, travel dates, number of passengers, cabin preference); and communications you send us. We collect no card details on this website. When payment is enabled, card payments will be handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor, and we will not receive or store full card numbers.

How we use your information. We use the information you provide to: research fare options and prepare your written quote; coordinate with our ticketing partner and the relevant airline(s) to issue your ticket once you approve and authorize payment; communicate with you about your trip, booking, and any changes; provide customer support before and after travel; and meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with. We share your information only as necessary to perform our services or as required by law: with the accredited ticketing partner processing your booking and the airline(s) to issue your ticket; with our payment processor to take authorized payment; with service providers who help us operate our business (e.g., web hosting, email delivery) under data processing agreements; and with government authorities or regulators where required by applicable law. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention. We retain booking records and associated personal information for seven years to meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution requirements. After that period, records are deleted or anonymized.

Your rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data. US residents in states with privacy laws (including California under CCPA/CPRA) may have the right to know what information we hold, to request correction or deletion, or to opt out of certain uses. Security. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
