Information you provide
The trip request form may collect names, contact details, residence, dates, destinations, traveller counts and travel preferences. The contact form collects the information included in the message.
Do not submit
Do not enter card numbers, passport numbers, government identifiers or sensitive medical information into a public form or email. Travel-assistance needs can be described without providing medical records.
How information is used
TravelQuest uses submitted information to review the request, communicate with the requester, prepare a proposal, prevent abuse and maintain records required for an authorized service.
Who receives information
Information may be shared with a ticketing provider, airline or other travel supplier when necessary to prepare or fulfill a service the customer has requested. Information may also be handled by hosting, email and security providers acting for TravelQuest.
Retention
Inquiry information should be retained only as long as needed to respond, operate the service, meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. A final retention schedule must be documented before durable database storage is enabled.
Cookies and local storage
The current public pages do not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. Hosting and security providers may process technical request data such as IP address, browser information and timestamps. If analytics or other cookies are added, this section must be updated before they are enabled.
Security
TravelQuest limits the information requested through public forms and does not collect card details on this website. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
Contact TravelQuest to request access, correction or deletion where applicable. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute purposes.
