TravelQuest plans and coordinates the itinerary. The ticketing provider identified in your proposal issues the airline ticket after you authorize the final details.
STEP 02
Compare the routes

Reviews routing, timing, baggage, fare conditions and the cost of each workable option.
Ticketing provider
No ticket is created or held unless the written proposal says otherwise.
STEP 03
Read the proposal
TravelQuest
Presents the route, current airfare, advisory fee and important conditions. Revisions can be requested.
Ticketing provider
Is identified before authorization, together with the expected airfare charge.
STEP 04
Authorize or stop
TravelQuest
Records your written approval and coordinates the selected option. You may decline the proposal.
Ticketing provider
Issues the ticket if the fare remains available and sends the ticket number and confirmation.
Airfare is not fixed when you request a plan. The fare is confirmed only when the ticket is issued. If the price or itinerary changes first, you receive updated details and decide again.
