What you pay
Your quote always lists two things on separate lines. You read them, ask questions if needed, and only then decide whether to proceed.
The airfare
The full ticket price set by the airline, with all taxes, airport levies, and carrier charges included; nothing subtracted and nothing added. Your e-ticket is issued by an accredited ticketing partner within the airline's reservation system, not by TravelQuest. Because the airline controls that transaction, it shows up on your statement under the airline's name. Any changes or refunds on the fare side are governed by that airline's published fare rules, which we always include in your quote.
Our advisory fee
A customized fee based on your itinerary type for the work we do: finding your options, writing the quote, handling the booking, and staying available if your plans shift. The exact figure is locked in your quote, it cannot go up after you approve, and it posts to your statement as TRAVELQUEST, a line you'll recognize.
You approve first. Then we charge.
Nothing moves until you've seen both numbers and said yes. For tickets booked at least a week before departure, US DOT rules give you 24 hours after booking to cancel and get the full airfare back. Our advisory fee follows the same window: refundable if you cancel within that period, non-refundable once the ticket is issued and the work is done.
