How TravelQuest works
Four steps. A real person handles each one. Nothing is charged until after step four.
Step 1: Tell us your trip
Fill in the quote request: where you're starting, where you need to get to, your dates, cabin preference, and how many people are travelling. No payment details required at this stage; we're just gathering the brief.
Step 2: We research your options
An advisor looks across airlines, alliance partners, and routing combinations for your specific request. We're looking for the itinerary that fits your schedule and budget, not the one that earns us the most.
Step 3: You receive a written quote
We send you a document showing the itinerary, the full airfare (all taxes and fees included), and our separate advisory fee as two clearly labeled figures. The fare rules are attached so you know exactly what you're agreeing to. Ask questions and we'll answer them before moving on.
Step 4: You approve, we book
Once you say yes in writing, we process payment and confirm your booking. Your e-ticket is issued by an accredited ticketing partner within the airline's reservation system, not by TravelQuest. You receive your e-ticket number and booking confirmation, usually within 24 hours. The amounts charged match the quote exactly; they cannot change after you authorise.
A person, not a pipeline
Every request is handled by a TravelQuest advisor who reads the fare rules, checks the connections actually work, and stays reachable if your plans change after the ticket is issued. You can always book direct with an airline, but people come to us for the trips where having that person in your corner is worth it.
