Booking & Fulfillment Conditions

What you receive. After you approve your written quote and payment is authorized, Your e-ticket is issued by an accredited ticketing partner within the airline's reservation system, not by TravelQuest. You will receive a booking confirmation containing your airline confirmation code (record locator) and your e-ticket number, along with a receipt that itemizes the airfare and our service fee separately. Confirmations are normally sent within 24 hours.

What the charges look like. You will see two separate charges on your statement: the airfare, billed by the airline and appearing under the airline's name; and our service fee, billed as TRAVELQUEST. Both amounts are disclosed and authorized by you in writing before either charge is processed. We do not collect or store payment card information on this website.

Delivery of service. Our service is considered delivered when your e-ticket number has been issued and your confirmation has been sent to you. From that point, the airfare is subject to the airline's own fare rules (included in your quote), and any changes or cancellations must be coordinated through us or directly with the airline depending on the situation. Our service-fee refund terms are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Accuracy of passenger information. It is your responsibility to ensure that all passenger names and details provided to us are correct and match the government-issued ID that will be used for travel. Airlines enforce exact-match name requirements. We are not responsible for costs or denied boarding resulting from incorrect passenger information supplied by you.
